Tiger eyes

OMG - is this awesome. My grandchildren all have Tiger mascots in their school, so they wanted grandma to paint them a tiger. I love the eyes, so much expression. They were all so excited when they saw him. Michael said "Good job grandma"

Christmas rose

At Christmas time I was working on so many different ideas for xmas cards. This white Christmas rose is beautiful, however it is not what I finally chose for cards. Maybe next year.

Oregon Coast

So much to say about this one. I love the fact that its much larger than I usually paint. I love the water, I love the rocks and sandy beach. I will do more of these. I think there is so much to learn!!

Key Lime Pie

Of course - when in Key West, there must be Key Lime Pie! Well, we tried the Key Lime Pie in many of the restaurants. I must say, I loved them all. So here's my interpretation of my favorite dessert.

Roosters are big in Key West. The roam the streets at will. Love them!! I photographed this guy and had to paint him. So fun to paint birds.
